Any idea why ST9 is giving me a "zero thickness" error when I try to create two adjacent sections of elbow? I've double-checked that all segments are going in the same direction (outside/inside) and even tried going the "wrong" way just to double-check. No joy. I can thicken every other segment, but I can't do adjacent ones, or I get a "zero thickness" warning, and it won't even show me where... I'm trying to create a 6-segment elbow (18 degree bends) about 12" inner diameter with 6" segments (at center), 0.125" thick sheetmetal.

Thanks for posting, but I would have preffered if it was a bit slower :-) I am new to E3 and you skipped ahead very fast and it was hard to follow. Thank you anyway since it gave me at least some help.

I don't know what buttons you press. I can't quite recreate your manipulations. 0:37, after you set the origin point, how do you rotate the part? I can't find the right click/button configuration to do that.

Hi. I tried that and got a cut on the formed cone opposite of the split. Divided the cone into two sections and would not flatten. Had to use unbend to get it flat. ST5 user btw.

I stumbled across this while watching some various videos. Nice to see my fuel filter from GrabCad was used.
